The skills of running groups transfer well to any situation where several people need to work together. When there is an impasse, often it stems from an inability or unwillingness for all parties to express their honest thoughts, feelings and reactions. I am available to facilitate teams of executives and senior managers in working through these obstacles. Please contact me for more information.
