We will explore your inhibitions about expressing sex and aggression in process groups, how to identify your own resistances, what helps you come alive, how to prepare for each session and more.

If you’ve attended a paid, time-limited group (Deeper in the Here-and-Now, Training for Life) or are a member of an ongoing group with me, you're welcome to join us for any or all of the days at no cost.
