What's in it for you?
Process groups are one of the fastest tracks to relational change. When led well, the dynamics causing you pain surface immediately, and that's exactly where we meet them.
Hear what people in your life are probably thinking but not saying
Understand why you keep having the same argument, why someone cut you off, why intimacy feels dangerous even when you're desperate for it
See the invisible thread connecting your past patterns to your present ones
Disrupt years of relational habits by catching them live, in the moment
Walk away being different in how you fight, how you love, how you reach out or pull back
Contribute to a work of art that inspires others to face their loneliness and cultivate their ability to form and sustain connection
This is for you if you are:
Exhausted by dating, cycling through first and second dates that go nowhere, and feeling lonelier the more people you meet or
In a relationship that has become a source of dread, on the brink of a split, fighting the same fight on repeat, staying for reasons that feel more like obligation than love or
Hovering at a threshold, wondering whether to go deeper with a partner or get out
Have genuine hope that you can change
Want to know how you come across and how you impact others
Ready for intense and accelerated psychological work
Called to be part of a creative effort to transform and heal the lack of meaningful, authentic intimacy in our world
Prior individual or group therapy experience is preferred, though not required.
Participants must be willing to work weekly with an unaffiliated mental health practitioner for the duration of the project.
