We spend a lot of time and energy trying to avoid uncomfortable sensations. In this workshop you’ll learn how to observe and be with discomfort. Sometimes this alone changes the experience. Even when the pain doesn’t shift, this skills opens the door for greater mind-body exploration and understanding.
